Genya Shinazugawa is getting ready for his big fight with a gruesome cliffhanger from the most recent episode as Demon Slayer season 3 is currently in the middle of the key battles for the Swordsmith Village Arc.
In order to prepare Tanjiro for his most recent battle with a member of Muzan Kibutsuji’s Upper Ranks, Demon Slayer Season 3 has been bringing back a number of key fan favorites from earlier episodes. This included some less satisfying reunions for Tanjiro and some combatants he hadn’t seen since the first season.
Tanjiro was reintroduced to Genya while the Love Hashira, Mitsuri Kanroji, and the Mist Hashira, Muichiro Tokito, were brought back into the action in Demon Slayer Season 3. The latest Demon Slayer episode is preparing for Genya’s huge showdown against the different Hantengu clones so that fans may see what he is truly capable of in battle.
While Tanjiro and Muichiro are somewhere else, Genya and Nezuko fight the Hantengu clones in Demon Slayer Season 3 Episode 3. After Genya was stabbed in the chest, it appeared as though he had passed away. But after reciting a sutra, Genya can defend himself in a manner similar to how he did before. Genya won’t give up, no matter how much harm his body appears to sustain.
