Demon Slayer anime‘s official English Twitter account announced that the franchise is getting a brand new 7 episode anime special adapting the Mugen Train Story Arc which is set to premiere on October 10, 2021.
The anime’s first episode portrays Rengoku as he leaves on his excursion to the Mugen Train. The excess episodes will add around 70 new animated cuts and new ambient sound, just as another trailer.
LiSA will be contributing the opening theme “Akeboshi” (Morning Star) and ending theme “Shirogane” (Silver) for the Mugen Train TV story arc.
Aimer is contributing the opening tune “Zankyō Sanka” (Song of Reverberation) and finishing tune “Asa ga Kuru” (Daybreak) for the Entertainment District Arc.
Demon Slayer Season 2 anime is set to release on December 5, 2021.
Demon Slayer: Mugen Train movie premiered on October 16, 2020 in Japan.
Theatergoers received a Rengoku Volume 0 manga volume, which is limited to 4.5 million duplicates. The manga is drawn by the creator of the Demon Slayer manga, Koyoharu Gotouge and the story shows the first mission of Rengoku.
The anime film is listed with 1 hour and 57 minutes.
The new Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba film adapts the Mugen Train arc of Koyoharu Gotouge’s unique manga arrangement, this film includes an appearance from the fan-most loved Hashira, Kyojuro Rengoku.
Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba anime series aired in Japan from April to September 2019.
