Demon Slayer Couldn’t Compete With One Piece In Overall Sales This Year

Shueisha uncovered on Monday that Koyoharu Gotouge’s Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba manga is the organization’s second most elevated selling manga in 2019, second just to One Piece manga which is created by manga artist Eiichiro Oda.

Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba manga sold 10.8 million volumes in the actual period from November 19, 2018 to November 17, 2019. In the meantime, the One Piece manga got 12.7 million volumes sold in the same timespan.
