Deca-Dence TV anime’s official website declared that the anime will debut this late Summer.
Anime’s staff members include:

Yuzuru Tachikawa commented: It is an original TV series after a long absence! I’m in the middle of my career as a director, but I’m making a new feeling to challenge inexperienced genres. Even now, there are a lot of cuts that I do not know how to handle (laughs) Decadence is a lot of highlights such as drama and monster-fighting in a large scale world view, huge moving fortress!
