The January 2020 issue of Kadokawa‘s Monthly Shōnen Ace uncovered on Tuesday that Kafka Asagiri and Sango Harukawa’s Bungō Stray Dogs manga will get a side project manga titled Bungō Stray Dogs BEAST by Shiwasu Hoshikawa in the magazine’s next issue on December 26.

The manga will be founded on Asagiri’s light novel of the same name.

The side project pursues Ryūnosuke Akutagawa, who promises retribution on a man wearing dark so as to save his sister. Be that as it may, as he is going to starve to death, a man from the Armed Detective Agency shows up.

The first Bungō Stray Dogs manga propelled in Kadokawa’s Young Ace magazine in 2013. Kadokawa distributed the seventeenth assembled book volume on May 1, and it will distribute the eighteenth volume on December 28. Yen Press is distributing the manga in English.

Bungo Stray Dogs is a Japanese seinen manga arrangement composed by Kafka Asagiri and shown by Sango Harukawa, which has been serialized in the magazine Young Ace since 2012. The manga began from Kafka Asagiri’s plan to accumulate different renowned late specialists and draw them as grown-ups with heavenly powers. The arrangement centers around a gathering of investigators who have numerous otherworldly powers and use them in occupations and experiences with different associations.

Various light novels have been distributed. An anime TV arrangement adjustment by Bones disclosed in 2016 out of two chapters, the initial segment circulated between 7 April 2016 and 23 June 2016, and the subsequent part broadcast between 6 October 2016 and 22 December 2016. “The story focuses on the main character, Atsushi Nakajima. After he had been kicked out of his orphanage, Atsushi was found by the Armed Detective Agency, a detective agency whose employees all possess Supernatural Abilities. He works alongside the eccentric Osamu Dazai, and many others, as they tackle various cases and events taking place within the city of Yokohama, a place teeming with individuals with Supernatural Abilities. Having the ability to transform into a tiger, Atsushi becomes the target of the Port Mafia as there is bounty on his head in the black market. During Atsushi’s fights against the mafia, he also meets Francis Scott Key Fitzgerald, the leader of the Fellowship of the Guild who wants to have him. Fitzgerald reveals there is a supernatural book linked with Atsushi’s tiger and thus put his bounty to obtain him. Although the Guild is defeated by the combined efforts of the Agency and the mafia, another man known as Fyodor Dostoyevsky appears wishing to obtain the book too. Pages of the book are also found by Decay of Angels who use its powers to frame the Agency for a murder case.”

Starting late 2016, the manga sold 4.1 million books. The arrangement likewise showed up in the Da Vinci’s magazine survey from Kadokawa Shoten.
