One of the Fall 2020 anime season’s most anticipated anime series, Attack on Titan is almost here with the fourth and final season and as the days get closer, fans around the globe start to lose their patience!

The series has been a fan-favorite for a long time, and undoubtedly it deserves all the attention and love it gets. The creator of the series Hajime Isayama never seized to amaze fans with the story, characters and their development through the occasions, plot twists that made fans’ change their point of view regarding the characters and their intentions about the future of the humanity.

Recently the anime’s official website has released a short summary about the final season anime’s first episode, check it out below:

“How long has it passed since the fierce battle between humans and giants began? On the other side of the sea, which Eren Yeager aimed for, there was a never-ending war. Who are they and what are they fighting for? Now, a child soldier is ready to die and throws himself into the front line.”

The opening theme song ”My War” will be performed by Shinsei Kamattechan and the ending theme song ”Shock” will be performed by Yūko Andō.

Shinsei Kamattechan also performed the ending theme song “Yūgure no Tori” for Attack on Titan season 2.

The Final Season of the anime will premiere on NHK General on December 7.

The first episode of the anime’s fourth season is titled “The Other Side of the Ocean”

The anime’s staff includes:

  • Yuichiro Hayashi as the Director
  • Hiroshi Seko as the Script Supervisor
  • Tomohiro Kishi as the Character Designer
  • Hiroyuki Sawano and Kohta Yamamoto as Music Composers
  • Shūhei Yabuta also joins the CGI Staff
  • Takahiro Uezono as the 3DCG Director

The Final Season of the anime will premiere on NHK General on December 7.

The series is going to be available on Crunchyroll, Funimation, AnimeLab and Aniplus Asia as well.
