The first season of Attack on Titan circulated in 2013 and spilled on both Crunchyroll and Funimation, before the two organizations started their association. The main period of My Hero Academia had a simulcast only through Funimation in 2016, and Crunchyroll included the arrangement in 2017 after the association started.
