Studio P.A. Works’ wild west racing anime Appare-Ranman! announced on their official website that the broadcast of the arrangement is postponed beginning with the fourth episode because of the impacts of the spread of the Coronavirus pandemic (COVID-19).
The anime premiered with its first episode on April 10 on Tokyo MX, AT-X, Kitanihon Broadcasting, TV Aichi, KBS Kyoto, Sun TV, and BS11.

The story of the anime is set toward the finish of the nineteenth century and on the eve of the following one. After a specific accident, the splendid however socially uncouth architect Sorano Appare and the insightful yet fainthearted samurai Isshiki Kosame wind up floating on a pontoon from Japan to America. Broke, the two choose to contend in the Trans-America Wild Race to win the prize and come back to Japan. The two fight insane adversaries, outlaws, and nature itself as they race through the wild West from the beginning line in Los Angeles to the end goal in New York — in the steam-fueled vehicle they manufactured.
Miho Sugiura is coordinating the art, and Satoshi Namiki is the compositing executive of photography. Naomi Nakano is the shading key craftsman, and Motonari Ichikawa is coordinating the 3D. Ayumu Takahashi is altering. Satoki Iida is coordinating the sound, and Evan Call is creating the music at Lantis.
Takeshi Kikuchi and Daijō Kudō are credited with venture arranging, with APPERRACING credited with the first story idea. Masakazu Hashimoto is coordinating, regulating the arrangement contents, and credited with the first story drafts. Yurie Oohigashi is planning the characters dependent on the first structures by Ahndongshik, just as filling in as boss animation executive. Shiho Takeuchi is drawing the mechanical plans.
